What better way to kickoff the new school year than a skate demo/raffle event for the kids at LeConte Middle School. We are thrilled that many companies are donating to the Stuff-A-Pack Event that took place on September 18, 2015.
Events like this could not be possible without the help of the teachers and staff here at LeConte, companies such as Diamond Supply Co., Carver Skateboards, The Quiet Life, L.A.C.E.R., NVISION (WoodCraft Rangers), WRONG, Gear Up 4 Los Angeles, Communities in Schools, Creative Fire, and the EduSkate Foundation.
Again, a very special thank you to the teachers and staff. Without hesitation they jumped at the opportunity to help in whatever capacity necessary . From manning the lines to moving the bleachers, to the tables and playing carnival games with the students. Students at LeConte Middle School were very appreciative of the hard work that went into this event. You could definitely see it in their smiles!
Additionally we are super grateful for the continued support! Omar Barahona from Diamond Supply Co. and Francisco from Quiet Life are such amazing individuals who are always looking out for the kids in their community.
